Development of the water network is foreseen. The connection of the site to water network which current reserve amounts to 450 cubic meters per day. The water treatment plant based on deep wells provides high quality water. - Sewage:
New mechanical-biological sewer treatment plant which reserve amounts to 300 cubic meters per day. - Electrical power:
Electrical energy may be supplied from the existing electrical lines WN 220 kV, 110kV and SN 20 kV by installing transformers conditions for energy supply to be co-ordinated with the local power station in Żary. - Natural gas:
There is reserve of 7000 m3 per hour of gas supply from existing high-pressure GZ 41,5 gas pipeline conditions for gas supply to be co-ordinated with the gas-plant in Zgorzelec. - Telecommunication:
The site has a convenient access to cable communication network and cellular telecommunication. Digital exchange in Iłowa will fully satisfy customers needs in the area of telecommunication services also in the range of ISDN links. - Roads:
The plots are connected with side-roads, already existing, with possibility of their modernization. They are linked with loop of Iłowa, which intersects with the national road Zielona Góra - Żagań - Lubań - Zgorzelec. - Railroad:
There is an important railway station in Iłowa which lies on the line Zielona Góra - Żary - Węgliniec - Lubań - Czech Republic.

- Żagań:
Żagań, the seat of the district, with a population of 28 000, is located in the southern part of Lubuskie Province at the distance of 10 km from Iłowa investment areas. There are lots of interesting historical sites in Żagań. Almost 18 000 residents are in their working age, every fifth one is still in school. Surroundings of Żagań include forests and rivers, a paradise for turists, anglers and those who enjoy gathering mushrooms and wild berries. - Żary:
Żary, the capital of administrative district, lies at a distance of 22 km from Iłowa and 12 km from Żagań. The town is a major industrial and cultural center in the southern part of Lubuskie Province. The number of permanent residents is over 40 000. Last year nearly 4 000 businesses were registered here. The largest employers are Kronopol sp. z o.o. - a chipboard producer with the majority of Swiss capital, and Relpol S.A. - a producer of electrical relays. Żary is also attractive to visitors various archeological findings and historical buildings.

The Lubuskie Province is populated by 1 000 000 people, and 600 000 of which are in their working age. One of its values is experienced managing and technical personnel of high professional qualifications, mainly in the following branches: mechanical, construction, woodworking, chemical and farm-food. Personnel in newly established companies will be organized on the base of free resources of the local labor market. Within a radius of 30 km from the investment areas there are over 20 000 of unemployed, where the unemployment rate is running at 34 %.
